精湛光學科技股份有限公司（CCM） 於 2025年2月22日 舉辦了結合環保教育與親子互動的「ESG 家庭日」。
本次活動特別選在位於雲林、結合太陽能與農業的「晁陽綠能休閒農場」舉行，邀請同仁與眷屬們一同走出戶外
在綠意盎然的自然環境中，度過了一個充滿知性、歡笑與溫馨的週末。

生態導覽寓教於樂，向下扎根永續理念 晁陽綠能園區以「太陽能發電」結合「安心農業」聞名。活動當天
透過園區專業且生動的生態導覽，同仁與孩子們近距離認識了太陽能板下種植的無毒農作，以及園區獨特的蟋蟀生態文化。
這不僅是一趟親近土地的旅程，更透過實際的觀察與體驗，讓環保節能、愛護地球及減碳永續的 ESG 觀念，自然而然地深植於下一代的心中。

To actively implement our ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) sustainability philosophy and promote a healthy work-life balance for our employees, Ching Chan Optical Technology Co., Ltd. (CCM) hosted an "ESG Family Day" combining environmental education with family bonding on February 22, 2025. This special event was held at the Chaoyang Green Energy Park in Yunlin, a unique farm integrating solar energy and agriculture. We invited our colleagues and their families to step outdoors, embrace nature, and enjoy a weekend filled with knowledge, laughter, and warmth.

Educational Eco-Tours: Planting the Seeds of Sustainability The Chaoyang Green Energy Park is renowned for combining "solar power generation" with "safe agriculture." On the day of the event, through engaging and professional ecological guided tours, our employees and their children got up close and personal with the toxic-free crops grown beneath solar panels and learned about the park's unique cricket ecology. This was not just a journey to connect with the land, but a practical way to deeply instill the ESG concepts of environmental protection, energy conservation, and carbon reduction into the minds of the next generation.

Fulfilling Corporate Social Responsibility and Building a Happy Workplace "Sustainable business operations are built on the foundation of an eco-friendly environment and employee well-being."
