As we bid farewell to the old and welcome the bright prospects of 2026, Ching Chan Optical Technology Co., Ltd. (CCM) held a grand and joyful New Year work commencement ceremony on February 21, 2026 at our Taiwan headquarters. Led by Chairman Wu Chun-Nan, the management team and all employees gathered for the traditional prayer ceremony, wishing the company a prosperous and successful year ahead, and praying for the health, safety, and happiness of every staff member.
Red Envelopes Bring Festive Joy and Energetic Beginnings One of the most anticipated moments of the ceremony was the distribution of the "commencement red envelopes" (Hongbao)! Chairman Wu personally handed these envelopes, which symbolize good luck and blessings, to every employee, filling the venue with joy and vibrant energy. Through this festive tradition, the company not only expresses gratitude for the team's hard work over the past year but also encourages everyone to embrace future challenges and missions with full enthusiasm and high morale from day one.
